Winter Spiced Broma Hot Chocolate
Ingredients for 1 cup:
30g Broma Organic Cacao Drinking Chocolate
200ml Milk of choice
1/2 Star Anise pod
Pinch of cinnamon powder
Pinch of fresh grated nutmeg
Heat your milk in a pan on a low-medium heat. Add your star anise, cinnamon and fresh grated nutmeg. Allow it to steep for a few minutes as it heats and the flavours impart. Add your Broma sauce, stir, and serve.
For an extra Christmas indulgence, lightly toast a marshmallow and serve it on top.
