Broma choc sauce + avocado = The Chocado
Smooth, creamy, fruity, healthy, decadent, Vegan…the list goes on.
The perfect dessert that will impress anyone and everyone.
MAKES 4 ESPRESSO SIZED GLASSES
120g avocado, riper the better
120g Broma raw cacao chocolate sauce
20g avocado oil
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
20g maple syrup (optional depending on how sweet you like it)
fresh lime zest to garnish
Place the peeled and stoned avocado into a food processor along with the Broma, avocado oil, salt and vanilla.
Blend until smooth.
Give it a taste. If you would like a little more sweetness you can add the maple syrup now and blend a little until it’s incorporated.
When you’re happy with the smoothness and sweetness, divide the mixture evenly between the cups and place in the fridge to chill.
When you’re ready to serve finely grate some lime zest over the top of each one.
If you’d like to make these in advance they will last up to 2 days in the fridge.
