The arrival of the summer, and those long warm(ish) evenings, can be an excuse to enjoy all sorts of indulgences. Here at Broma Foods, we’re all about delicious food made with natural ingredients. And that includes creating healthy summer chocolate dessert recipes that taste amazing!

Not least because the chia seeds are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids. As well as the chocolate chia pudding, we’ve got plenty more easy vegan dessert recipes. Chocolate Chia Pudding
- 150g Broma
- 100g coconut yoghurt
- 100g chia seed
- 30g maple syrup
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- pinch of salt
- 300ml unsweetened cashew milk (or milk of your choice)
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients apart from the milk until incorporated.
- Stir in the milk a little at a time until evenly combined.
- Pour equally into four glasses and place in the fridge for at least four hours before serving.
- We’ve topped ours off with coconut yoghurt, passion fruit, raspberries, mint, desiccated coconut, and physalis, but feel free to go wild with different toppings!
Strawberry And Banana Nice Cream
If you’ve been on our Instagram page lately, you might have noticed that we recently featured an alluring-looking strawberry and banana Nice Cream. It’s another great example of how vegan dessert recipes don’t have to be dull, with many a fine seasonal dairy-free treat like this one being possible.
It’s also a pretty straightforward one to prepare – you essentially just throw together the key ingredients in a blender. And, one of those ingredients that get blended up is our very own organic smooth chocolate sauce, which serves as the base.
