How We Make this New Flavour

As with all of our drinking chocolate flavours, we use single-origin Peruvian organic raw cacao of the criollo variety (the king of cacaos). This is known for its rich secondary notes and delicate, yet complex, flavour. The cacao is processed at low temperatures to ensure it maintains its high nutritional profile. Natural caramel essence is then infused with Himalayan salt to bring out the scrumptious salted caramel chocolate sauce flavour.
